William N. Miller

Bill is a results-driven manager with over 30 years experience in working with Tribal Councils, communities, local governments and state and federal programs. His background encompasses 10 years as a non-profit executive director; 5 years in government; 2 years as a Tribal Administrator; and over 13 years as a private sector developer and project manager. Included in Bill's experience is over 17 years of grantwriting, development finance packageing and fund management.

Bill has raised over $50 million in grants and project financing that contributed to land development, infrastructure installation, industrial and commercial development projects as well as over 1,000 single and multi-family housing units. These programs and projects generated over $250 million direct and indirect economic benefits to the participating communities, resulting in hundreds of jobs for local residents.

Rebecca is manager of our Biz Center. She specializes in website design, graphic design and technical writing. As a portait artist and a watercolor lanscape painter, Rebecca has enjoyed applying her artistic scense of color and composition to computer generated graphic design. For the last 10 years, she has produced eye catching printed materials for various events and local businesses' marketing needs. Beginning with a family website to share photos of her children with family members, Rebecca has been developing and maintaining websites for over 10 years.
